So what is ‘Personal Coaching’?

Personal Coaching: Personal Coaching is one individual (the Coach) facilitating another individual (the Coachee) to action changes in their behaviour in various aspects of their life with the aim of achieving predetermined goals.

WHAT?

Personal Coaching is a series of conversations between two people, the ‘Coach’ (us) and the ‘Coachee’ (you). It is actually very simple, convenient and effective.

We use a variety of techniques during these conversations to help you make the changes you need. You don’t really need to know how these work, that is our job. Your role is just to be committed to making the changes happen. We will support you from start to finish. I know you will be astonished by your achievements.

Our Personal Coaching service is completely confidential. There must be absolute trust between us both, or progress can be slowed significantly.

We are fully committed to helping you achieve your goals because we truly believe you can achieve them. All we ask is that you have the same level of commitment to the process.

How we carry out Personal Coaching

The conversations we have with you are carried out on the telephone. We have found this is the most convenient and cost effective method for our Coachees.

Between the phone conversations we carry on supporting you by e-mail. So you can keep in contact with your coach at all times, on track and energized.

We will discuss where you are now and where you want to be. Then we will explore how to get there and agree a plan of action.
