Dave holds a Certificate in Training Practices awarded by the C.I.P.D. (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). And is an Associate member of the C.I.P.D. and a former member of the C.I.P.D. Committee for Greater Manchester and the North West.
He has accumulated over a decade of coaching and training experience in a variety of roles both within and outside the corporate world. He is a qualified and experienced assessor for a variety of coaching, learning and development qualifications. He has also gained a wide variety of knowledge that encompasses a catalogue of coaching, learning, development and management related skills.
Dave has a background in a wide range of industries which include pharmaceuticals, plastics, textiles, engineering, catering, dispatch and administration. This gives him a vast amount of transferable knowledge and experience with a deep insight into many business functions.
